Jasmines Talk

In Tuesdays lesson Jasmine come to talk to us about her experience in music videos, and to give us a few tips. She won Sh entered the BBC Blast competition with her Media A level music video and won first place. Here is the video:

This is a good video. Jasmine told us that the scenes with the bus and motorcycle were on the spot filming to the video. By winning the BBC Blast she was given the chance to make a music video with professionals, and a £3000 budget. The song she was asked to make a music video for was Lets Dance To Joy Division by The Wombats. Here is the video she made:

In preferred this video to the first, because it just has that music video feel, and looks very professional. Jasmine said she would have liked to edit it herself, but she didn't.

One tip that jasmine said that i found most useful was, if your not sure what shot do next or don't know how draw a storyboard. Then you can play around with that scene, and get the best result.
