This is a video I particularly liked that they made. To remake this without a budget I would black out a room which is simple. Borrow some decks off of a friend, for the dancers i could go to the dance block of college and ask them. For the letters on the wall i could get some MDF and cut the lettering out, then put lights behind it. For costumes I could get the jacket from a charity or second hand shop, and for the dancers rent them for a day, or go somewhere like Primark.
